Colleta Wambua- Kimani is the Founding & Managing Partner at Collam Law LLP.
Prior to founding the Firm, Colleta was a Senior Associate at the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department of Humphrey & Company LLP. She also worked as a Tax Consultant at Andersen Global- Kenya.
Colleta is an experienced Litigator who has pleaded commercial & civil cases in courts of varying jurisdictions all over the country. She is also a seasoned Arbitrator who as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators has overseen contractual disputes of varying degrees.
Colleta’s background in Litigation & Dispute Resolution has best placed her to give compliance based Advisory services to local & global businesses including Seven Seas Technologies, Ponea Health, Fortifiy Technologies, Semi Conductor Technologies among others.
Colleta is a qualified Company Secretary who has advised Board of Directors in various private & public companies. In this capacity, Colleta oversaw the formation of an SPV that undertook the implementation of the Livestock Integration Tracking System in collaboration with the Ministry of Livestock, ensuring Kenya’s compliance with global standards on the export of livestock products.
